[dropcap]T[/dropcap]his year has escaped me…anyone else? It has went by way too fast and I’m wondering what in the hell happened. 🙂 Our home also looks way different in such a short period of time. A huge update was floors and paint. After we installed our master bedroom floors last year, I just loved them so much I wanted them in the rest of our home. Painting the walls a light gray was proof that paint really is the cheapest way to transform a room. I still have a few rooms left to finish, but overall this year was a big change for our home!
The biggest update of the year was my name change from A House and A Dog to Hello Allison. I shared all the reasons why in my post, but I can now say after a few months that it was one of my best decisions. I’ve rounded up the rest of my favorites from this year – a dining room makeover, a few craft projects, and another big DIY project.
