The last stop on the 2018 House Tour is our white and green Christmas bedroom. So far, I have shared our patio, entry, living room, kitchen, and dining. Surprise, surprise, I continued my favorite black, white, and dark green color scheme and tried to use decor I already had. I love to keep it simple with just a few festive touches. It still feels like Christmas without being overwhelming. (post contains affiliate links, see disclosure)
The small Christmas tree wasn’t part of the original design board for this space, but after I started decorating, it just felt like something was missing. Plus, after having a tree in our bedroom a few years ago, I’ve decided that a tree in this green and white Christmas bedroom is a must. I found this tree at Walmart for $22 and added some ribbon and twinkle lights I already had. The cozy blanket is my new favorite, and again it was something I already had but I added the tassels by following Brepurposed’s tutorial. I want to do this to all my blankets now!
The wreaths above the bed were easy to hang. And they are a great alternative to the garland I usually have draped over the headboard. I also used my favorite prints from Vol25. They are the perfect forest green to match my pillows and white and green Christmas bedroom theme. I’m going to miss this cozy bedroom when the season is over!
