For every furniture makeover or DIY, one of my favorite things to choose in the design process is the hardware. Black cabinet hardware is my favorite, especially against white. It’s a modern and classic look that works well with any style or home. There are so many different options when it comes to hardware, but I’ve chosen a few of my favorites. KNOBS
one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight | nine | Each of these knobs is unique in its own way and would look great in any kitchen or piece of furniture. I used number nine for our nightstands and they have always been one of my favorites. I would also love to use the leather pulls in a future project!
PULLS
one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight | nine | For our DIY built-ins I used number four and I plan on using them again in my office makeover. They are the perfect height, thickness, and finish for a modern look. Because our built-ins are so tall, I really wanted a cabinet pull that had some visual weight and black was the answer. In our entryway, I used a pull similar to number five. A classic cup pull looks great in any kitchen. Black leather drawer pulls again, have me brainstorming!
A lot of these knobs and pulls are less than a dollar each and come in many different finishes, sizes, and quantities. Black cabinet hardware doesn’t have to be expensive and can make such a statement on any piece of furniture or cabinetry.
