As I’m sure you already know, I’m a big fan of neutral decor. It’s calming for me and I love my home to peaceful and relaxing for my normally very busy mind. And during the holidays or new seasons, I still keep it neutral. There won’t be orange or red at my house for fall. I have slowly started adding a few fall touches around the house but wanted to create a neutral fall mood board to bring it all together. (post contains affiliate links, see disclosure)
plaid blanket | basket | gray blanket | wheat stems | olive stems | birch place card holder | white pumpkin | wood chair | black cabinet | Each season, I try to use what I have around the house before I go out and buy everything new. These faux stems are from Target’s Bullseye which is now available online! It’s basically the online Dollar Spot, so now there is no more rushing to the store to see what’s in stock this season. It’s a win-win for me since our store rarely has anything new in stock. Also, I am completely crushing on this arched black cabinet. It is so perfect! And that plaid throw is definitely in my shopping cart.
This year I will be keeping it simple just like this neutral fall mood board. And adding texture with chunky blankets, leather throw pillows, and faux grassy stems. It doesn’t feel like fall outside yet, so I’ll slowly be adding small touches over the next few weeks. How do you decorate for fall?
