Last week, I shared the reveal of our budget-friendly laundry room makeover. But it wasn’t quite done. It needed some art! So, I found more free vintage art prints using my favorite method and the best-kept secret to art prints. Every time I’m browsing for a particular one, I just keep finding more and more that I love. Art is such a personal thing, and I love how it can mean so many different things to different people. (post contains affiliate links, see disclosure)
one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight | nine | In our laundry room I used, this one of the lady ironing, this landscape, and this landscape. I love that the tones and colors of the paintings are similar. Also, the lady ironing is just perfect for a laundry room, but I love that it’s not too literal.
I used my favorite frames and ones that I had already. It’s rare that I see this view perfectly centered each day because of the way the hallway is laid out, so I didn’t want to leave any large gaps or blank spaces on the wall. Instead of stacking them or creating symmetry with the same size frames, I stepped out of my comfort zone and created a mini gallery wall.
I did the same thing in our bedroom and have loved it ever since. So I went with my gut and mixed the frame color and sizes. Now no matter what the view is, even with the barn door closed, I can see my free vintage art prints perfectly!
