Now that the new season is upon us, it seems like the perfect opportunity to refresh the entryway. The next few weeks are going to be great with family coming back to town for visits and the holidays. And I want to welcome them with a warm and inviting entryway design. So, I updated our entry with a few items to welcome the new season! This post is sponsored by All Modern. (post contains affiliate links, see disclosure)
The first change I made to our entry was adding this cream and black natural jute rug. The darker color is perfect for the fall season and I love the texture it adds to the space. I also added a dark green pillow to the chair for a pop of color. My preferred combo is white, black, and wood. But for the fall season, I also like to add more creams and dark greens. Plus, that color scheme is very welcoming.
Then, on our entryway console, I added this modern antique brass lamp. Mixing metals is a great way to add warmth to a space and I love the mix of the brass lamp with our bronze mirror and hardware. Even in our small entryway, we have plenty of storage and functionality. The stained black wood and brass really pop against the white paneled wall.
Faux florals, free art on a custom picture frame easel, and a great smelling candle complete the look of our warm and inviting entryway design. And I started adding the warm color scheme throughout the rest of the house. I can’t wait to enjoy this new season with my family and friends!
