For 10 days, I shared before and afters of a space in our home that got completely organized. They are smaller areas that only take a few minutes a day to clean out, declutter, and revamp. But they make a big difference! I shared tips and ideas for storage and organization for every room of the house! By the way, you won’t need any of those fancy organizers or tons of beautiful storage baskets. Once you have your space completely cleared out and uncluttered. You might find that you don’t need those storage bins at all!

If you’d like to follow along and do the challenge with me, check out each day below! Each day I shared a space that I tackled in our own house, a quick guide to help you get started, and tips and tricks to living in a decluttered home.

Since completing the challenge myself, I learned a few things. When decluttering and sorting through items, I learned to ask myself “Have I used this in the last 6 months?” instead of “Will I use this in the next 6 months?” I found myself keeping more items if I thought I could use them in the future, knowing that I hadn’t used them in the last year!

I also didn’t give up. It was hard at first. But it got easier. And it will for you too!  Of course, things are going to come up that will distract you from the process like sick children, work projects, previous appointments, etc. Don’t let it derail you. Keep going and moving forward, because it’s all progress. Each small step brings you closer to having the organized and clutter free home you have always wanted!

We can do this together!
