CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please email hello@designedsimple.com with your order number immediately.
TAXES & SHIPPING
All prices include tax and shipping fees. Items ship from within the United States and prices are shown in U.S. dollars. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. Shipping is set at an average business rate determined by shipping zones, weight, and size of items.
Items will ship within (3) business days of your order by USPS or UPS. When an item has been turned over to the shipping carrier, Designed Simple is no longer responsible for the package. However, all shipped items are insured. Once shipped, transit times will vary depending on product and location. Tracking information will be provided.
All shipping, delivery, and processing fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are inspected prior to shipment. Unfortunately, sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged, email hello@designedsimple.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the damaged item and/or damaged packaging, order number, and tracking number to start a claim.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Designed Simple will accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return past the 7-day time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email hello@designedsimple.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A return label will be emailed to you and after items are received the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns that are damaged or lost caused by inadequate packaging when being shipped back to Designed Simple will not be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed with an email confirmation.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and closeout items cannot be refunded.
HOLIDAYS
Any orders made from November 15th through December 20th can be returned until January 15th of the following year. Items will still need to qualify and be accepted to complete the return.
