Over the last few weeks, I’ve shared almost every major room in our home for a simple Christmas house tour. However, I also wanted to share the smaller areas like my office, guest bedroom, and bathrooms. Even though the holidays are definitely different this year, it hasn’t stopped me from enjoying our home. The smell of a Christmas pine candle, good food, and holiday movies is always our tradition and that hasn’t changed. (post contains affiliate links, see disclosure)
And in case you missed it, check out the other areas of the house –
A SIMPLE CHRISTMAS HOUSE TOUR
My office, or as I like to call it my #hallffice is right off of the kitchen. It’s a section of our hallway that I created into a little desk area earlier this year. Here I didn’t need to add much, just some faux greenery and a dark green pillow. Also, stay tuned for my free calendar printable for the new year!
I used the same greenery in the guest bathroom. I purchased the green stems from the Target Dollar Spot years ago, but this one is similar. I love that it doesn’t take much to feel festive in smaller rooms. And I leave them all winter long without feeling too overwhelmed. Also, is there anything better than a great candle in the bathroom?
In the guest bedroom, I used my favorite garland again above the headboard. I seriously think garland above the headboard is the easiest way to add a festive touch to any bedroom. On the console table across the room, I added more faux greenery. And played musical decor again, with one of our lamps from the entryway in here now. Since I didn’t use our tree topper on the tree this year, I decided to use it here as an art piece and just put it in a small bowl.
Hope you enjoyed the simple Christmas house tour and all the rooms I’ve shared the last few weeks. I have one more post to share and it’s something I’ve never done before – a nighttime tour! I think homes look so different at night, and it can really give you a look into the holiday spirit.
